Next... waterproofing. Some dudes with jackhammers and shovels showed up to tear up our basement and yard for a day. They put everything back, and this is what was left. now we shouldn't have the leaky issue.Next issue -- finding a contractor. After meeting with 5 or 6 different people, we decided to go with a referral of Roz's dad. He has to work nights and weekends, but we got a good vibe from him, and he knew what we wanted. Progress!
